David has acted for insurers and their insureds, and is Chief Agent in Manitoba for several insurance companies. He has represented clients at all court levels, including the Supreme Court of Canada. David was a part-time judge of the Provincial Court of Manitoba from 1977 to March 1998. He has lectured on insurance and professional liability matters, and has published on subjects of professional liability and discipline and construction law.
